Ruta Azul End-User License Agreement
Agreement
This agreement is between MIC BUS Services LLC ("we") and the company or person that uses Ruta Azul ("you"). By using Ruta Azul you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not use Ruta Azul. Contact: [email protected].
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ruta Azul for your own pool service business during the term of your account. Ruta Azul remains our property. You may not resell, sublicense, copy or redistribute it, or try to get around its access controls, except where the law allows it.
Accounts
You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them, and for keeping sign-in links and devices secure. Tell us right away if you think your account was used without permission.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data, photos and records you enter. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Ruta Azul, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to record your customers' addresses, photos and email addresses and to send them service emails.
QuickBooks Online
Connecting QuickBooks is optional. When you connect it, you authorize Ruta Azul to read and create records in your QuickBooks account for the features you use (balances, invoices, customer import and payment reminders). You can disconnect at any time. QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc. and its own terms apply; we are not affiliated with Intuit.
Acceptable use
Use Ruta Azul lawfully. Do not send unwanted or misleading messages, upload content you have no right to use, or interfere with the service.
Fees
Any price, trial or plan will be shown to you before you are charged. We will not charge you without your authorization.
Chemical suggestions and readings
Water balance (LSI) and chemical dose suggestions are estimates to help the technician. Always follow the product label and your professional judgment. You are responsible for the chemicals you add.
Availability and disclaimer
Ruta Azul is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Ruta Azul in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Ruta Azul at any time and ask us to delete your data at [email protected]. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Sections about data, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
Changes and governing law
We may update this agreement; we will change the date above and notify you of important changes. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Sus datos
Los datos, fotos y registros que usted ingresa siguen siendo suyos. Nos permite guardarlos y procesarlos solo para darle Ruta Azul, como dice la Política de privacidad. Usted confirma que tiene derecho a registrar las direcciones, fotos y correos de sus clientes y a enviarles correos del servicio.
QuickBooks Online
Conectar QuickBooks es opcional. Al conectarlo, autoriza a Ruta Azul a leer y crear registros en su cuenta de QuickBooks para las funciones que use (saldos, facturas, importar clientes y recordatorios de pago). Puede desconectarlo cuando quiera. QuickBooks es un producto de Intuit Inc. con sus propios términos; no estamos afiliados a Intuit.
Uso permitido
Use Ruta Azul de forma legal. No envíe mensajes no deseados o engañosos, no suba contenido que no tenga derecho a usar y no interfiera con el servicio.
Precios
Cualquier precio, prueba o plan se le mostrará antes de cobrarle. No le cobraremos sin su autorización.
Sugerencias de químicos y lecturas
El balance del agua (LSI) y las cantidades sugeridas son estimaciones para ayudar al técnico. Siga siempre la etiqueta del producto y su criterio profesional. Usted responde por los químicos que añade.
Disponibilidad
Ruta Azul se ofrece «tal como está» y «según disponibilidad». Trabajamos para que funcione y sus datos estén seguros, pero no garantizamos que no tenga interrupciones o errores. En lo que la ley permita, no damos garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad ni de idoneidad para un fin concreto.
Límite de responsabilidad
En lo que la ley permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes ni por ganancias perdidas, y nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos pagó por Ruta Azul en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.
Terminación
Puede dejar de usar Ruta Azul cuando quiera y pedirnos borrar sus datos en [email protected]. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso si no se cumplen estos términos. Lo dicho sobre datos, garantías y responsabilidad sigue vigente después.
Cambios y ley aplicable
Podemos actualizar este acuerdo; cambiaremos la fecha de arriba y avisaremos de los cambios importantes. Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU.
